The motion law of plunger pump, pulsating flow rate and pressure fluctuation caused by pulsating flow rate are analyzed, thus the relevant factors causing pressure fluctuation are obtained, which provide theoretical basis for the design and improvement of plunger pump, and also provide important theoretical basis for analyzing the stress state of pump head.

    The stress distribution law and fatigue life distribution state of lotion pump head body under the maximum stress condition are analyzed, and the improvement measures of pump head structure are put forward according to the analysis results.

    According to the working conditions and structural characteristics of the pump head body, the technological route of the pump head body from material, blank, casing processing of large diameter holes, turning stepped holes, milling inch threads, rolling to hydraulic self-reinforcement is given. The characteristics of casing drill are emphatically analyzed, and the structural types of workpiece rotation and external chip removal are selected. The related technologies of casing drilling, such as cutting power, selection of cutting parameters, cooling and chip removal, and auxiliary devices of casing drilling different from common hole processing equipment, are analyzed in detail.
